TREATMENT PROGRAMS
Our Treatment Programs
For more than 35 years, Horizons has offered culturally and linguistically competent Youth Substance Abuse Outpatient Treatment services using a harm reduction model. To strengthen the program’s capacity to address co-occurring disorders, Mental Health services were added to our menu of services. Understanding the value that culture plays in recovery and healing, staff incorporates a Latino-centric approach to services that engender the trust and rapport needed for a meaningful therapeutic relationship.
