The Roadmap To Peace (RTP) initiative is a five-year plan to advance economic, health and safety outcomes for Latino/a identified, disconnected youth ages 14-24, who are in-risk and/or violence involved. The RTP initiative has three interrelated strategies: service network, community building and policy reform. As a core partner of the initiative, counseling staff provides outreach and engagement to the target population, as well as individual, group, and family substance abuse counseling. Services are provided on demand and in collaboration with other RTP partner agencies.
The RTP initiative includes a primary case manager to coordinate wrap around services including MH therapy, employment, education, tattoo removal, and SA counseling (provided by Horizons Unlimited).
