Horizons has been a cornerstone of the community for over 50 years, and we are excited about what the next 50 years holds for us. Every act of kindness and generosity keeps our service heartbeat alive and thriving. As a community-based organization, we believe in the power of the people to transform from within. With support from our community, volunteers, and donors like you – people who understand and value the importance of sharing their time, their talents, and their resources at any level – we can have lasting impacts and continue our legacy to empower and nurture our youth.
Horizons is not an Agency… it is a Family. We humbly invite and encourage you to join our Horizons Family and experience the power of one of our greatest values:
Reciprocity – the unspoken understanding that receiving is a direct result of our humble desire to give.
We know that the satisfaction gained from giving, far surpasses that from receiving. Your cash donation or contribution of time and talent will help us touch the lives of more than 5,000 youth/families this year. Give today!

Become a Padrino/Madrina
In the Latino culture, a Madrina/Padrino is a person who holds the very sacred responsibility to care for and watch over a child/youth not his or her own, much like a Godparent. As a Madrina/Padrino, your generous cash donation of $1,000 covers the programming expenses for a youth, including direct stipends, for an entire year.
