Each youth is provided with one-on-one attention and support, creates a youth-centered workplan to set and achieve personal, educational, and employment goals, and is placed at a certified worksite where she/he receives hands-on work experience and builds transferrable skills. Youth receive an hourly wage for work experience and job training at the current minimum wage.
